The UK Border Agency continues to claim they have not received further submissions in the case of James Fallah-Williams, a journalist and human rights activist who has lived in this country for 13 years and has now been on hunger strike for 16 days.
He is protesting about the mishandling of his asylum and immigration case by the UKBA which left him in an “immigration limbo” for four years.
